Goods as components of process equipment, a certificate for which may be issued by the certification body only on the basis of test results at the site of operation, and subject to presentation by the person importing the goods to the customs authority, commitments to certify process equipment after its assembly, adjustment, testing and fine-tuning, as well as the submission of the letter of the OS on certification of such technological equipment after assembly and installation.
Goods that have an HS code not included in the list of mandatory certification under Annex No. 1 to the Decree of the Cabinet of the Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan for No. 122 of April 28, 2011, are issued an exemption letter stating that goods are not subject to mandatory certification.
